On 27 July 2008, LIMOV delivers the customized LIMOV Semeru 35T to PT Satoil Oilfield Service in Taman Tekno BSD. Semeru 35T is a Gantry-type Pull Test Machine specially designed for vertical lifting test of Offshore Container in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 Standard.
Unlike ordinary gantry crane, Semeru 35T uses symmetrical hydraulic boom for lifting the test specimen. Hydraulic system is more suitable for load test since it moves very slowly and very stable under high load. This improves the safety during load test and prolong the test machine service life. LIMOV is very glad to be trusted by Satoil as their test equipments supplier.
