Lifting the 50 meter-long Prestressed Concrete I-Girder (PCI Girder) is a very critical and dangerous job. There have been some accidents where the very slender PCI Girder buckled and collapsed, both during and shortly after lifting, due to wrong lifting technique.
LIMOV is the first company in Indonesia to addressed this problem by creating special Lifting Frame to ensure stability of long span PCI Girder during and after lifting. Here is one of many long span PCI Girder along Trans Java Toll Road which was lifted using LIMOV GL-75T. The location is Pasuruan-Probolinggo (Paspro) Toll Road. The main contractor is PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk.
