LIMOV is commissioned by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. to provide Construction Engineering Service (CES) for Form Traveller in Becakayu Cawang Flyover. The flyover is balanced-cantilever type and cross above the existing Cawang-Tanjung Priok Toll Road (Wiyoto Wiyono). It is one of the most critical and complex bridge construction due to the challenges.
LIMOV scope of works is to review, do structural analysis, and design the Form Traveller used in cast-in-situ process. The Form Traveller is the most critical equipment in this project because it must carry the formwork for the bridge and also work platform with safety panel to protect the traffic in the highway below from falling objects. The Becakayu Cawang flyover is also the longest curved balanced-cantilever bridge in Indonesia at 150 m span.
